The course explores the different wines and wine regions of the world explaining the major differences between Old World and New World wines. Selected wines from different regions of the world will be tasted and evaluated by the participants with the guidance of our winemaker. The course will also cover how to select wine based on the information printed on the label. No previous experience in wine tasting is required for this course.

Join us in a motorcycle event on May 17th (rain date 18th) that combines our joy of riding and the support of a truly worthwhile fundraising event.

The run is designed to permit leisurely riding along some of NJ & PA’s scenic roads with stops at three general aviation airports, each catering to that segment of flying. At Princeton, you will note traditional small planes operating among corporate and helicopter aircraft. When you arrive at Sky Manner, in addition to small private aircraft you will be able to sample the fare at their on site restaurant. Van Sant airport offers a nostalgic view of a grass strip airfield where old biplanes and gliders share the field. You will also see many other motorcycle riders, as this is a favorite stop for weekend groups and soloists. Less than a mile from Van Sant is a covered bridge that is certainly worth stopping for a photo with you and your bike!

The run ends at the beautiful Hopewell Valley Vineyards. We will share in good conversations, tall tales, a cookout, and PRIZES. There will be three Poker Hand grand prizes along with the opportunity to purchase additional chances to win door prizes.

Start Point & Registration: Pennington Market Shopping Center parking lot, Rt. 31, Pennington NJ. Your first Poker Card and strip maps/directions (including lat/long for you GPS equipped riders) will be distributed.

Three Airports: Princeton, Montgomery NJ: Sky Manner, Pittstown, NJ; Van Sant, Erwina, PA. You choose the route and receive a Poker Card at each from a PALS volunteer. For those of you who would rather follow, enjoy the scenery and not navigate, Michael Smith will lead a group from the start point @0930.

End Point: Hopewell Valley Vineyards, Yard Rd. Pennington, NJ: Cookout begins @1330+/- and grand prizes selected @1400+/-
