Catering/Event Sales Associate

Join our friendly team at Hopewell Valley Vineyards! We’re looking for an associate who enjoys helping people and making events memorable. This role combines sales, planning, and on-site event coordination in a supportive, family-style environment.

 

What You’ll Do

• Respond warmly and promptly to event and catering inquiries (phone, email, or walk-in)

• Assist new and returning clients with planning their events, personal or business

• Coordinate event details with our kitchen, owners, and staff so everything runs smoothly

• Keep our event calendar, contracts, billing, and client files organized

• Maintain up-to-date event information on our website and social media

What We’re Looking For

• A natural inclination for hospitality

• A positive, customer-service mindset and ability to handle guest needs gracefully

• Strong communication and organizational skills with keen attention to detail

• Comfort with Microsoft Word and Excel (training provided if needed)

• An interest in wine and hospitality (wine knowledge is a plus, but not required)
