A family commitment to empowering developmentally disabled adults in our local community.

Our family has experienced the impact of autism for nearly three decades and has long supported local intervention programs. We understand firsthand the challenges of an autism spectrum diagnosis—from building meaningful daily activities to developing communication, independence, and essential life skills.

A few years ago, we brought that experience together with the resources of our vineyard to create the “A Team,” an initiative focused on providing job opportunities for adults with autism through meaningful, product-driven work. Its success led to the founding of Pennington Adult Living Services (PALS), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Today, PALS is fully licensed by the New Jersey Department of Developmental Disabilities and provides services that help individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities lead more independent, productive, and fulfilling lives.
